Before you begin…
Visit our classes page and decide which classes your child/ren are interested in joining. Contact us for any assistance with choosing classes.
Please note that there is an annual registration fee of $50.00 per family. Additional siblings do not incur extra registration fees. All registration fees are due at the point of enrolment to secure your place.
All tuition for term classes are due by the end of the second week of term.
All Little Seed bookings and payments must be processed through the portal.

Important Documents to read before enrolling
Discounts and Packages
We understand that for some families, when you have more than one budding performer, costs can rack up pretty quickly.
When you have more than one child training at Little Seed, the additional sibling will receive a $20 discount per term. *The sibling discount only applies to weekly class tuition (does not apply to holiday program tuition or production levies).
We also have an All Class Pass (ACP), where total fees for a student per term are capped at $595. This leads to significant savings. The Sibling Discount is superseded by the ACP. The ACP excludes registration fees and Production Levies.
How to create your account
*Important Tip: Make sure when you enrol your child/ren that you click the green button ‘Finish Registration’ and follow the prompts to submit your enrolment. This fee is to be paid upfront at the point of enrolment to secure your place. Please note that if you do not pay this fee at the time of enrolment, your spot is not secure and may be filled. You will know you are definitely enrolled when you receive a confirmation email.
2024 Timetable
Term Dates
Little Seed runs classes in 9-week terms over the course of the year. For Term one, we start in the second week of the school term and then for Term 2, 3 and 4, we begin in the first week of school, finishing a week early. The dates for each term are outlined below.
Term 1 - Monday 29th of Jan - Thursday 28th March (9 Weeks)
Term 2 - Monday 15th April - Thursday 13th June (9 Weeks)
Term 3 - Monday 8th July - Thursday 5th September (9 Weeks)
Term 4 - Tuesday 30th September - Thursday 28th November (9 Weeks)
*Some classes will have additional rehearsals outside of these dates.
Can I choose to use the old payment system?
No, the enrolment portal is the only way to enrol in Little Seed classes, holiday programs and private lessons. This change has been made to ensure a streamlined process for all parties.
When are fees due?
To enrol in a class or program, you will be required to pay the registration fee upfront. The full tuition payment is not due upfront, it is added to your balance and due by the end of the second week of the term.
Holiday Program fees are due a week prior to the start date. The holiday program deposit is due upfront at the point of enrolment.
Additional fees such as production levies or private lessons will have a specific due date set. Production Levies are due 2 weeks prior to the first performance date.
Will I receive confirmation emails?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email each time you enrol a student in a class, holiday program or private lesson.
Will I still receive my appropriate discounts?
Yes! The all class pass of $595 and sibling discounts are applied within our system. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Do I need to re-enrol each term?
Yes, each term you will need to enter the portal and select which classes your child/ren are taking. Don’t worry - once you get used to the system, it will only take you a few minutes each time.
When do I pay registration fees?
We have an annual registration fee that applies to each enrolling family. All registration fees are due upfront at the point of enrolment. Registration fees are seperate to the class tuition. The registration fee only applies to the year in which it is paid.

Can my child receive class emails as well?
Yes! If you want your child to receive emails for their classes/programs. Click the manage students button on the homepage and add an email address in their details. Don’t forget to press save…
My fees are not calculating properly…
If you have any concerns about the calculations of your tuition or fees, please contact us directly and we can view your account. Then we can assist you by fixing the amount in our system if necessary.
Can I Opt-Out of email communications?
We highly suggest that you do not opt out of email communications. This prevents our team from being able to contact you when necessary. You will not receive spam emails from our team, only expect necessary communications.
