How do I be part of an Acting Extension class?

Little Seed offers Acting Extension classes for performers who want to further their training and prepare for the industry. Most students discover their love for theatre through our regular acting performances and then decide to move into an Acting Extension class. This is recommended as expectations of performers in the Acting Extension class are much higher. If you would like to discuss what is best for your child, feel free to contact us.

Do Little Seed families need to book/pay for tickets?

The short answer is yes… there are so many behind- the-scene costs that are required for each production to be staged. To ensure that we have the budget to provide the most professional show possible, ticketing costs are essential. Little Seed, however, always aims to keep these costs as low as possible to keep the show accessible for all audiences.

How do I find out about upcoming performances and Holiday programs?

The best way to stay up to date with Little Seed events is by joining our mailing list and checking back on our website regularly. We hear those signed up to the mailing list. often get pre-sale access to tickets… (sign up on our home page) We also highly recommend keeping up with us on all of our socials! Find us on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.

What is a production levy and why does my class require it?

Several classes at Little Seed require a production levy fee. From performance rights to costuming to venue hire and much more, there are many costs attributed to putting on a production. Little Seed always endeavours to keep these costs as low as possible. For reference, production fees are required in Musical Theatre and Acting Extension classes. The amount of these production levies are outlined in the audition pack for each production and on the 2024 classes page. Please contact us for more information.
