An Elf Story LIMITED SPACES

  • If you are on the registration page and the advertised programs are not showing up, ensure that you are on the correct tab. Just above the name of the first child on your account, there will a series of tabs from you to choose from.

    E.g. [Term 4] & [Summer Holiday Programs]

    Please ensure you have selected the right tab.

  • To ensure fees are paid on time, we require all account balance to be settled prior to placing new enrolments. If you are enrolling multiple students/multiple programs at once, it is easier to process the registration at the same time. If not, you will be required to settle the balance before processing the next registration.

  • We understand that things change. Whether you need to change programs or simply cancel your enrolment. Please contact us with as much notice as possible, in accordance with our policies outlined in the holiday program terms and conditions.

Registration FAQ’s

Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in a Holiday program you are agreeing to the following

  • All Holiday Program tuition includes a non-refundable deposit of $50.00. This fee is to be paid upfront at the point of enrolment to secure your place. Please note that if you do not pay this fee at the time of enrolment, your spot is not secure and may be filled. Remaining tuition will be added to your account balance and is due one week advance of the program start date.

  • In the event you need to cancel your booking, please contact our team immediately. No show participants will be charged the full program tuition. Cancellation 7 days or more prior to a program will result in a choice between refund or credit excluding the deposit. Cancellation within 7 days of the program will result in a credit excluding the deposit. The deposit charged is per student, not per family as this is part of the full tuition. Please ensure prior to booking that you are able to make the dates of the program. In the event a credit has been applied to your account, this can not be exchanged for a refund.

  • In the event you need to change your booking, you may be eligible to swap to an available program in the same season. Requests to swap within 7 days of the original program commencement may incur an additional change fee.

  • Tuition for all holiday programs is due one week in advance of the program start date. If tuition is not paid by this date, we will be in contact to confirm whether you will be attending or not. The place may be forfeited and given to someone on the waitlist.

  • Students must be collected promptly at the end each day/session. Additional information will be communicated regarding the end of week of showcase (if applicable) and pickup time on the final day.

  • For our 5 day primary holiday workshops, there will be a in house performance at 2pm on the final day of the workshop to showcase the work created throughout the week. Information regarding this performance will be communicated to parents during the week of the program.

  • Little Seed staff will be on premises 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the program each day. Please do not drop your child off before this time as we can not guarantee they will be supervised.

  • Students are required to bring pre-packed morning tea, lunch and water for each day of the workshop.

  • Little Seed Holiday programs abide by the same code of conduct outlined in our Student Handbook. No abuse, harassment or bullying is tolerated at all. If a student is removed from a program for one of these reasons, no refund will be issued. This document is emailed to you upon registration.
